My visit highlighted significant areas for improvement. Though the room service was responsive and efficient, issues like a malfunctioning air conditioner and inadequate cleanliness detracted from the experience. the breakfast menu lacked variety, featuring just undercooked puris. Despite clean linens and attractive toiletries, the overall value compared to luxury expectations may prompt discerning travelers to rethink their choices. Given the mixed experience, one might weigh the financial wisdom of selecting Kallada Regency against potential alternatives that align more closely with comfort and quality in India.
